Padmasingh Isaac is an Indian business entrepreneur and the chairman of Aachi Masala Foods Private Limited. Before establishing Aachi, he worked as a sales officer in Godrej Soaps Private Limited. With his marketing and selling skills, he became the Area Sales Manager and soon became an  ‘intrapreneur’ at Godrej, selling the company’s products as his own. But couldn’t grow further due to the lack of an MBA qualification.

Issac then came up with his own product “Twinkle”, a liquid blue in small sachets, a product to make clothes whiter and succeeded in that. His mother Mrs. Flora used to have a unique cooking style and made delicious masala recipes along with her daughter-in-law Mrs. Thelma. This gave a spark in Issac’s mind. And this marked the beginning of Aachi masala and made the Aachi Kulambu Chilli Powder, the flagship product of the company.

Aachi Masala is a big part of life in rural Tamil Nadu. Their masala packets, priced as low as Rs. 2, can be seen strung in front of petti kadais in every dusty village. It’s ideal for people who earn a daily wage — he/she would buy a packet for a meal.

Currently, the Aachi masala company has 200 products sold by 4000 exclusive sales agents in over 12 Lakh retail outlets all over India. This made Aachi the No.1 FMCG Brand Pan India.

Apart from India, Aachi products reaches 54 countries across the world.

As a social activist, he conducts several blood and eye donation camp.

At 2016, Padmasingh was honoured with the National Award for The Best Employer Award

Apart from masalas, Aachi has pickles, cooking oil, packaged drinking water, toiletries, and health products.
